Extending Partitions in Windows XP

With Windows XP and Server 2003, Microsoft included a command line utility to increase partition size called DiskPart. This is a handy tool to extend partitions, which may be necessary when duplicating a smaller capacity hard disk drive to a larger capacity hard disk drive.
